brief

  • the previous tenant was keen on paperwork, junk and artificial light having severely partitioned the space
  • the premise was left unoccupied for two years with the previous tenant walking out the door one day
  • reduced the property to the shell

  • custom designed and built offices specifically for the requirements of the new tenant
  • traditionally a retail space, with only a front and back window, designed to let light flow through the space while providing privacy.
